Let It Flow Foundations™
Yoga is not for the flexible, it is for the willing. Our Let It Flow Foundations class is a specific sequence of movement and poses (asanas) designed by our Creative Director team of Andy and Tamara Totman to designed for the new yoga practitioner or those who want to get back to the “basics.” This class will focus on the principles of alignment and begin to introduce breathwork. Classes will improve balance, strength, flexibility and promote better body awareness.
All Level Vinyasa Flow
This is a class for everyone! Every pose (asana) has a progression. Expect clear instruction on alignment and correct engagement in basic postures, breath work, accessible strength-building movements, and step-by-step guidance toward learning supported inversions, arm balances, and backbends. Options and variations always provided for all levels of practice.
Vinyasa flows are intelligently sequenced to balance you out, with a primary focus on standing and seated poses. This is an active class offering plenty of work to make you sweat and open up.
Level 1/2 Vinyasa Flow
This is a class for beginners or anyone wanting clear instruction on alignment and correct engagement in basic postures, breath work, accessible strength-building movements, and step-by-step guidance toward supported inversions, arm balances, and backbends. Have no fear, options and variations provided! Flows are intelligently sequenced to balance you out, with a primary focus on standing and seated postures. This is an active class offering plenty of work to make you sweat and open up.

Level 2+ Vinyasa Flow
Looking for a smart and challenging yoga class? want to learn some things you didn’t know you were capable of achieving? This is your class. You will sweat, you will be challenged, and you will have fun! Falling required!
An intermediate to advanced level class, this is a more dynamic Vinyasa class. There is still attention to proper alignment and adjustments, it is assumed that students have an understanding of foundational postures. You will explore creative variations of powerful standing postures, arm balances, twists, back bends and hip openers. While moving towards your “edge,” you will feel supported by the detailed instruction, proper alignment cues and adjustments. This class is also a playful experience, leaving you feeling empowered! Breath and movement are synchronized to build heat, balance the nervous system and revitalize the body and mind. Modifications offered for practitioners where appropriate. Be prepared to sweat, have fun, and explore your practice in a new way.
All Level Yin Yang Stretch & Flow
Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures.
Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for longer, working on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang Yoga in contrast is the Vinyasa Flow working on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility.
In a Deep Stretch class, you will experience a mindfulness in holding postures that target tightness in your body and tension in your mind. The room will be heated to 85 degrees to allow ease in your body and melt away tension. Deep Stretch class is a great way to explore using props such as blocks, bolsters and blankets to support your practice and access the nooks and crannies of your body.
For anyone struggling with “monkey mind” and deals with issues falling asleep, this is a wonderful way to help prepare you for a good night’s sleep.
No Sweat Stretch Lunch Flow
A great class for stress relief and rejuvenation. This 45- minute class designed as a lunchtime “Let It Go.”
A perfect way to let go of your morning and welcome your afternoon. This intimidation free all-level class focuses on mindful breath work, stretching the neck and body and enjoying yummy hip openers all without sweating so you can head back to work refreshed and rejuvenated.
Happy Hour All Level Fun Flow
Just what it says! A happy hour of fun, energetic postures available for everyone!
Expect clear instruction on alignment and correct engagement in basic postures, breath work, accessible strength-building movements, and step-by-step guidance with options and variations provided. This is an active class for all levels offering plenty of work to make you sweat and open up.

Our Friday classes are a union of ease and effort. It’s the end of your work week, but the beginning of your weekend! Always a spicy, fun hour!
Perfect for all levels of yoga, modifications and options offered for every pose (asana).
TGIF Level 1/2
Our Friday night class says farewell to the work week and hello to the weekend. A slightly warmed (not hot) class to immediately build heat in the body, this 75-minute vinyasa flow has emphasis on strength, stamina, and mindfulness. Great for beginners that have some yoga experience but are looking for more options in a pose, and perfect for on-going students who want to deepen the practice. Modifications offered to meet your needs.
